The clearinghouse relies on organizers to tell me (the coordinator) what they plan to do. My expense account does not cover a subscription to the "Psychic Friends Hotline." Given all the time and/or money involved in running an event, if YOU cannot remember to put your event in the clearinghouse, is it reasonable to expect the coordinator to remember to do so?

Please do not send attachments with e-mail if for no other reason that I don't open them unless I am expecting them from someone I know. Just format your tmt listing like this: [month]/[day(s)] ........[Event name] [(organizer)] [city] [state]
